What’s the hiring process and why is it “risk-free”?

How much time do you need to send the shortlist?

Can I hire full-time?

Can I hire for any experience level?

I don’t want someone to work remotely, can you find people to work from my office?

Some of our talent are willing to relocate and we can filter candidates to match this criteria.

Can I hire for project-based work?

Yes, you also can hire our talent per day or per week. We’ll suggest and advise  on which profiles are the most appropriate for your project.

What if I want to coach my existing UX/UI team?

Regardless of their experience level, we can coach your designers to improve in particular aspects of their game. Whether it is user research, UX writing, product strategy, visual design, etc. We have a senior mentorship program to help you boost the skills of your current employees.

Where do you recruit?

Anywhere in the world, we can also adapt to your timezone, language requirements and preferences.

I don’t want to sign a classic employment contract, do you have a solution for that?

When hiring through us, you can either sign a classic contract to employ the person or make an agreement through our company. In the latter case, if you decide to compensate the person through us, you won’t have to worry about taxes, benefits, vacation time, termination costs, etc. We’ll take care of everything for as long as you want and you can decide to stop the agreement with a notice period of 1 month.

I don’t want to manage people, can you do that for me?
